Former county administrator Willi and business partner plead not guilty to federal gun charges

Former Monroe County Administrator Tom Willi and his business partner Jarvis Osorio pleaded not guilty to multiple felony counts at their arraignments Friday before Magistrate Judge Lurana S. Snow in U.S. District Court in Key West.

Willi and Osorio own the Outbreak Ordnance Gun Shop on County Road on Big Pine Key. Their shop was raided by federal agents last month. They face charges including conspiracy to commit firearms violations, selling firearms to a convicted felon and illegally selling guns as a licensed dealer. The charges could result in 25 years in prison for each man.

"We're in the process of getting the discovery. To trial date has been set as yet," Osorio's lawyer and Miami Lakes Mayor Michael Pizzi said Friday.
